My Experiences with Project Management!
I always think of my service industry bosses saying "Be in the customer's shoes" to serve them better. It is a wonderful opportunity to be in customer shoes as a real customer working with multiple vendors knowing their perspectives as a customer myself.
Every single day was completely new and at times very shocking! It was completely a very different way of looking at a project and expectations about it.
